Instructions for Use and Care

The Bagitâ Self-Standing Yard Bag is a unique bag that truly stands open by itself without a rack--empty or full.

Use

When using the Self-Standing Yard bag for the first time or after it has been folded for a period of time, open the bag by “squaring” it out from the inside with your hands. If the vertical ethylene stays sewn on the outside of the bag require a bit of straightening, gently do so. The bag works best with the top closure flaps draped over the sides so that they hang to the outside of the bag while filling/using.

To secure the contents of the bag, snap the top flaps together. To open the snapped flaps, grasp the two top handles and firmly pull them apart unsnapping the flaps.

Care and Cleaning

To clean the bag, simply hose and hang to dry by the bottom handles. A mild detergent and warm water may be used, if desired. Machine washing and drying is not recommended, nor is it necessary, and it will void the warranty.

Although the bag fabric is UV treated, it is not recommended that the bag be left in direct sunlight continually for weeks or months on-end. With a bit of care and common-sense usage, your Bagit Yard Bag will give you long-term, dependable use.
